in your bulkhead descriptions you should list what size hole they require. or at least list whether the measurement is ID (inner diameter or OD (outer diameter). I made a simple mistake of ordering the wrong size bulkhead for the bit simply because I assumed if the drill bit is 2 3/8 the hole it makes will take a 2 inch od bulkhead. unfortunatly for me the bulkheads measure was ID not OD. it is definatly my mistake for not researching it better, but it may save future customers from the same mistake.

dont think I am disgruntled at all, this was my mistake. i am impressed at the speed which I recieved my order I was expecting a longer wait before arrival. you guys did great on your end. I messed up. thanks.

I remember your order.  If memory serves me, I tried calling you and didn't get an answer so I shipped it anyway.  I'll happily trade you your unused 2 3/8 holesaw for a 3 inch one.  Send it back (USPS 1st class is cheapest) to:

The Mothership
969 Vista Verde Ln
Nipomo, Ca 93444

and I'll send you the 3 inch.

Thanks for the offer, I appreciate that. I definatly have no complaints about your customer service and will reccomend you to others in the hobby.

But what I am going to do instead is just order the correct hole saw and keep the smaller one and pick up some more smaller bulkheads to match it. I do a lot with aquariums and having multiple choices for holes in glass isnt a bad thing for me. I am constantly setting up various sumps, algae filters, benthic tanks etc. so i am really not loosing out. I just wanted to help you avoid confusion for other people in the future, like I said it was my mistake.  Grin
